Instructor: Gail Hasson - Characterized by gentle, slowly flowing movements, with slow and deep breathing, Tai Chi exercises the entire body — the joints, the muscles, and internal organs. It improves balance, coordination, and flexibility. This course will introduce basic principles and movements through a series of simple forms that are safe, effective, and easy to learn. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and flat-soled shoes. Class limit: 12
